At Torque Pro Parts, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. The following policy outlines our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

🕒 Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

  • Free from damage caused by improper handling or installation

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect or missing items

  • Non-defective products (if unused and in resellable condition)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order parts

  • Electrical components

  • Gift cards or digital products

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at contact@torqueproparts.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  2. Our team will provide authorization and return instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely to the provided address.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear.

🚫 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
